Mr. Takahito Asano, Former Oracle Japan Executive, is                     Named Vice President for Convergence CT's Japan Operations

     Honolulu, HI, February 22, 2007. Convergence CT, a Honolulu, Hawaii-based healthcare informatics company, today announced the appointment of Mr. Takahito Asano as Vice President for its Japan operations.

     Asano comes to Convergence CT K. K. from Oracle Japan where he served as Healthcare Industry Sales Director and Public Sector Sales Senior Manager responsible for managing the sales of Oracle’s pharmaceutical solutions and hospital information systems. At Oracle, Asano was also responsible for the development and management of Oracle partners in the Japanese life sciences and healthcare markets.

     As Convergence CT’s Vice President in Japan, Asano will be responsible for all operational, sales and support activities in the country.

     In addition to hiring Asano, Convergence CT has also opened its new (K.K.) office in the BC Aoyama Building located in the heart of Tokyo. The office has been established to support Convergence CT’s Japanese clients.
