Governor George Ariyoshi (Ret.), Chairman
In addition to serving as Chairman of Convergence CT, company co-founder George Ariyoshi is Chairman of Cellular Bioengineering, Inc. (CBI), serves as a director of several Silicon Valley companies, and is Of Counsel with the leading Honolulu law firm of Watanabe, Ing, Kawashima, & Komeiji LLP. He formerly served as President of Prince Resorts Hawaii, was a board member of Pihana Pacific, Inc., and was a partner of a group that took several companies public.

Mr. Ariyoshi served as Governor of the State of Hawaii from 1973 to 1986 and holds the distinction of having been the longest serving governor in the State’s history.

Mr. Ariyoshi holds a bachelors degree from Michigan State University and a law degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Lambert Onuma, President and Chief Executive Officer
Lambert P. Onuma is currently the president, CEO and co-founder of Convergence CT, a global software company formed in 2001 to develop and market highly secure patient data warehouse products and patient data research analytics for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries.

Immediately prior to forming Convergence CT, Mr. Onuma served as chairman and founder of Pihana Pacific, Inc. (merged with Equinix, Inc., 2002). Founded in July 1999, Pihana Pacific was the first company to provide neutral internet exchange (IX) data center services in Asia/Pacific and raised $236 million in private equity in 2000 for company expansion. Prior to founding Pihana Pacific, Mr. Onuma served as director of business development for Digital Equipment Corporation’s Research and Advanced Development Laboratory located in Palo Alto, CA. He was responsible for managing all business activities in support of the commercialization of technologies, products, and services that evolved from Digital’s research environment.

Mr. Onuma was also co-founder, president & CEO of two high-technology companies in Silicon Valley, including Interlink Computer Sciences, Inc., a global company that specialized in multi-vendor connectivity software products. He brought Interlink from inception to $30 million in revenues, and helped to take the company through its Initial Public Offering. The company was later acquired by Sterling Software and subsequently, Computer Associates.

Mr. Onuma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Alan Ito, Vice President, Product Development
Alan Ito is Vice President, Product Development for Convergence CT. He was formerly the Chief Information Officer for the St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawaii, where he was responsible for the information and telecommunication systems activities for the Healthcare System. Prior to this, Mr. Ito was with KPMG Peat Marwick as a senior manager responsible for its commercial information technology practice. Mr. Ito started his career working on several healthcare research projects with the School of Public Health at the University of Hawaii and with the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii.

Mr. Ito holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii.

Brad Mossman, Vice President
Bradley Mossman is Vice President for Convergence CT. Prior to co-founding the company, Mr. Mossman served as President of Strategy Pacifica, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in financial and market feasibility analyses and policy management. Mr. Mossman also served as Director of Corporate Planning for Pihana Pacific, Inc. As Deputy Director of the State of Hawaii's Department of Business and Economic Development and as Director of the State's Office of Planning, Mr. Mossman played a key role in the state's successful efforts to revitalize its economy and to grow its high technology industry.

Mr. Mossman holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Hawaii, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business.

Edwina Lee , Vice President, Global Healthcare Analytics

Prior to joining Convergence CT, Ms. Lee was a high-ranking member of Hawaii Pacific Health (HPH) and Straub Clinic and Hospital leadership for over ten years and served as Vice President and Hospital Administrator- Nurse Executive/Clinical Operations. Prior to her tenure at HPH/Straub, Lee held senior administration positions at Castle Medical Center and Aloha Management Company in Hawaii and Platte Valley Medical Center in Colorado, responsible for Patient Care Services, Hospital Quality Assurance, Procedural Services and Clinical Operations.

As head of Convergence CT’s Global Healthcare Analytics Group, Ms. Lee will make available participating organizations’ reports that provide comparative data and key benchmarks for practice management, clinical performance, product performance, health outcomes, economics and quality of care, highlighting the organizational strengths and weaknesses in their respective operations.

Priority report sets being made available will initially include Diabetes, Asthma, Ancillary Services, Utilization, Prevention, Mental Health, Surgery Preparation and Follow-up, Otitis Media, Inpatient Resource Use, Pregnancy, Risk-Adjusted Utilization by Disease/Condition, Outpatient Clinical, Efficiency, Pneumonia, Low Back Pain, Clinical Productivity, and Product Line Analysis.

Ms. Lee received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Loma Linda University and her Master’s in Nursing Administration from the University of Hawaii Manoa.



Hemjö Klein, CEO Convergence CT SE
Hemjö Klein brings to Convergence CT's Board of Directors many years of senior executive experience. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Lufthansa Airlines Passenger Division and as Member of the Chief Executive Board Lufthansa Group; Deputy Chairman and Member of the Chief Executive Board at Deutsche Bahn, Germany's national railway organization, and Member of the Executive Board at Neckermann AG, Germany's largest mail order and retail company.

Furthermore, Mr. Klein served as CEO restructuring Stella AG, Germany's largest musical production company, and EDAG Engineering & Design AG, one of the world's leading automotive engineering companies.

Since 2001, he has held the position of CEO at Live Holding AG, an investment and strategy consulting firm with offices in Berlin, Germany, and Los Angeles, USA. Mr. Klein has a long track record as Chairman or Member of International Boards of Directors.
